Not all sausages are made the same.

Not Your Average Sausages are handmade, by me, using only the very best fresh or dried ingredients with nothing artificial or wheat used.

The construction of these sausage require extra attention on your part, so for best results please follow the simple guidance notes below.


To Fry: 

Place, un-pricked, in a cold pan or griddle in a drop of oil and turn on a low heat and turn regularly until they are cooked to your liking.

To Grill:

Place, un-pricked, under a cold grill turn on a low heat and turn regularly until cooked to your liking.

To Oven Cook:

 Place, un-pricked, in your oven and turn to 160C - 170C / 320 - 340F, Gas Mark 3 and cook for approximately 20 - 25 minutes or until they are just how you like them. 

To B-B-Q:

Introduce the un-pricked sausage to the BBQ heat slowly and turn regularly.
